Rick Somada. He is a writer, actor and broadcaster. It's also someone I find really quite hilarious in his columns for The Guardian. and Twitter. So it was really lovely to meet him in person. He is also a trained actor and he has

appeared on HBO, the BBC, ITB, Channel 4 and he has also played a lead role with the

Royal Shakespeare Company. That's his official bio, but we talk about all sorts of different things in this interview, and mainly my questions do focus on his amazing best-selling debut memoir called I Never Said I Loved You, which is out now and it has had so many

incredible reviews.

It really is a beautiful book about mental health and Rick's writing is just incredible.
