Hey, great minds think alike. There we go. Well, as it is Thanksgiving and I'm leading off here, let's start with a holiday

themed question. Holidays, of course, for many of us mean family and family, for many of us,

means tech support. So if you're going into the holiday weekend here and you feel like you

might have some tech support tasks to carry out at your home. What is our top tip for our

listeners in helping out our family with their tech? Jeff, lead us off here. Well, I would say,
