she looks like she's doing karate yeah she oh she's doing karate now um we're good we uh oh my goodness

she's a monster and i have to kick her out of here all right um oh yeah you are doing karate um it

is there anything in the tv room that you can do or now and get your toe out of your mouth that's

her foot yeah you're very flexible but oh my gosh looks like it's just like a foot coming into

like from someone else across green here and not even holding it like just lifting her foot up

not having to pick your foot up i can barely lift my feet up off the ground

so who was on the podcast today we got Mike Tellage on the podcast today so round two

Van Rouge builder family man down in Louisiana trying to yell at tilly while you're talking

well you're whisper yelling i know um i like Mike i've always liked Mike uh i met him a couple of

years ago he um his his his works awesome it's like what i would like to do on a larger scale not

that i want to be doing that but you know he comes from a finish carpentry background and that's

what he was doing and then some customers just loved him doing their finish carpentry um and we're

like hey if you ever build houses then you can come build our house and i think you know that was

on the last podcast how he kind of got into it um but he's taken that finish carpentry detail

oriented mindset into building entire homes and that process and it definitely shows in his work

yeah and this in this episode we really talk about his process and you know how it relates to being

better about schedule communication you know not competitively bidding on projects and what that

means and how you know you're communicating that to a potential client and why that's valuable to

a potential client but also just being a really good advocate for your trade partners and i think

that's something that is you know hugely important especially in the world that we live in with
