Number one, the Senate Voterama. They stayed up all night and things were a total jumble of uncertainty for hours.

But then the Senate has now pushed through a bill to fund ICE and Border Patrol through the end of President Trump's second term.

In doing so, Senate Republicans were able to manage to deliver a big political win for President Trump and also stave off the revolt and rebellion that was happening among the Republican ranks of late.

Several Republicans had threatened to hold up the $70 billion bill.

First over the billion dollars that Trump wanted for security enhancements for his ballroom,

senators dropped that provision.
