Jen Thompson has won 4 IPF classic powerlifting titles, 7 IPF bench press titles, and 77 world records. She is in the USA Powerlifting and IPF Hall of Fame and the only lifter to be #1 three times in bench press and powerlifting. She holds a world record bench at 145.5 KG.

Aside from being a high school and middle school teacher, Jen is the USA Powerlifting North Carolina State Chair (since 2004) and international referee since 2007.
