J. J. J. Today's interview is one of those interviews.

There's people that we interview, and I always think to myself,

Jay-J is gonna love this.

And usually, it has to do with the heart.

If Jay-J is gonna love it, I'm over it.

That is not true.

We hate the same people.

But it's usually about like money doesn't matter, profit doesn't matter, we should really just be a youth ministry.

You know I never say those words. I never, especially the youth ministry part, but you know I never say those words. I never, especially the youth ministry part, but you know I never

say those words but I do believe them. No, no, no, but I do push you sometimes in the

area of people. It's funny, our friend Kate,

our mutual friend Kate, is going to be handling

some social media consulting for me.

And yesterday, she came out of the house

to have our initial meeting.

She's going through her keynote and Kate and I have been

friends and Betsy and Kate are good friends and she got to the slide and she said

okay there's just one thing if we're gonna work together the relationship

comes first the friendship comes first and that's it. We will stop working together if that is ever negatively affected and I want you to know that.
