You feel me, Matt Cox? Oh, boy, there it is. I haven't benched a barbell bench in quite some time. More of a dumbbell guy, Kai, as you move into your early 30s, kind of your twilight years of lifting. it's what I find to be most achievable.

I responded to a 1045 post-landing inquiry of, hey, where's a good place to get a bite to eat?

Something I would not have responded to. So people out there who are good responders are better friends than I am.

So it made me, it was overcome with guilt and shame knowing I would have never responded to that. So thank you to her, my nice little joints on downtown Charlottesville, had a way too late meal. And now we're in wedding mode, Kai. Yeah, you're excited for that wedding. I know, Matthew. Yes. You have a beautiful hotel background. Yeah, it's a morning pod for us, something a little bit different during the off season during the week.

But I like it.

I like waking up with coffee and talking to you, fellas. Waking up with the weave. Waking up with the weave. Just like we did during the college basketball season. It's a fun time. Well, like I said earlier, guys, we've got the Big Ten. We're talking a little bit of a reflection on the conference. Each team

breaking down their state of the program and also what we think, how they're going to

perform this coming season. Also our betting records, which, spoiler, not great in the

big 10 for us three. Not, not great overall. That's okay. We did well on other conferences to make up for that. But man, you stare at those records and some of those teams. You're like, I could have stayed away. I could have stayed away. Illinois. Cough of California. Michigan State for me. We'll get into it. Jay Pitty does our music. For me. Jay Pity does our music.
