So this is really good news if you're caught up in habits that honestly you're not happy with.

Like you just, they're not good habits. Yeah. They can be destructive, wrong, whatever.

Mm-hmm. So much of life is just rearranging circumstances and schedules and what's around you.

I was just reading about this in that Habits book that you're reading too.

Yeah, Atomic Habits.

Yeah, Atomic Habits.

But I've thought about this as a believer.

I've heard this from wiser believers.

Like, you think I'm hopeless.

Like, I'll never break this thing.

But actually, you change circumstances where you are.

And again, your schedule, your calendar, a lot of the stuff, it becomes more difficult to do that.

So you don't do it anymore.

And there's a lot of genius to that.

Whoa, do you see, this scientist just did this.

They created the hottest temperature ever in a lab. They created this

4 trillion degrees Celsius. That's the hottest ever? Ever. Okay. Although, my grandma Hanson's house,

I don't know, I don't have a thermometer. I just, I want to throw that in there.

That someone should have came there and measured that. Yeah, we didn't measure. I don't know if it's
