We're talking about the rookies because that's what we like to do. We like talking about the guys that we knew when they were in that pool of irrelevancy that is minor league baseball, even though it's our favorite thing to talk about. Jack McPoll and Aram Leighton, we're talking rookies. We're also talking about Clayton Kershaw, just passed Don Sutton for the

most strikeouts in Dodger history. This guy is on the short list of guys with 2,700 career punchouts.

And I wonder how many of those guys are left. So we're going to get into that. First and foremost, though, you were just at a pair of Mets games this weekend. Like, when was the last time you went to two games as a fan and just enjoyed? Got a beer, got a hot dog, and watched a ball game twice in the same weekend. Yeah, that's the thing. I've done a lot of the

individual games, right? Like I'll pop over to a Mets game or a Yankees game or whatever. But

if I'm watching two out of three of a series, I'm either on a vacation somewhere that's

centered around baseball or it's the Marlins or something like that. So yeah, I saw two of the Mets, Phillies games.

One was the no-hitter, the combined no-hitter.

And then the other was a 13, maybe 14, I don't know,

I think it was a 13-hit performance on ESPN to outscore the Phillies and take the series.

It was a fun two games.
