Okay, well I gave a brief introduction, so why don't you go ahead and fill in the blanks like where did you get your undergraduate?

How did you go about getting your PhD?

Sure, so I grew up in Burlington, Vermont.

I was the fifth of eight children in a very active LDS family.

My dad was the state president and branch president and all those things growing up.

And so I grew up and went to Brigham Young University as an undergrad and I studied psychology and women's studies.

And you know, a lot of my thinking about feminism and women's issues definitely were cultivated during that period.

And went on a mission, saw the plight of women very much in those experiences.
