We did it! Don't know if we've mentioned it, but we ran the London Marathon! So we thought we'd sit down and have a chat about it. Who was responsible for Ellie vomiting? Which one of us crossed the finish line with a greasy ringpiece? And would we ever do it again? Tune in to find out!
This episode is for all those who want to hear more about our big day out jogging round the capital. And for those who don't - we got all our marathon chat out of our systems here, so if you want you can just skip it, and we promise not to bore on about it in future...
Thank you so much to the lovely people at the London Marathon for having us. Shoutout to Helen's superb trainers, Suzanne and Amber at Fitology Hub. Bigup the awesome Skip, who trained Ellie - check out his unique brand of fitness SE London style at Getfitwithskip.co.uk. And a huge thank you to our running coach, Elkie Mace. She does everything from online strength classes to personalised training plans, and we highly recommend checking her out if you're thinking of doing anything like this... Go to runwithelkie.co.uk.
Most of all, thank you SO much for all your wonderful messages of support, and generous donations. They mean a huge amount to us, and to our charities, Borne and Women's Aid. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU XXX
