Welcome back, everybody to The Incomparable.

I am your host, Jason Snell.

It is an edition of our book club.

So I have called some readers together.

And what we're going to be talking about in this

episode is a series of books with some light spoilers, but we are going to blow the spoiler

horn. And then we'll tell you when you can come back late to find out what we're reading.

But a series of books, there are currently four novels in this series. The series is called

The Expanse. The author is James S.A. Corey, who is not a person because it's actually two guys,

Daniel Abram and Ty Frank. He's a proto molecule. He's not, it's not real. No. And the novels are

Leviathan Wakes, Calabins War, Abadon's Gate, and Cibola Burn.

Some of us have read all of them.

Some of us have read sort of one of them and one-ish and in-between.

So I guess I'm the in-between.

I've read three plus of them.

I'm reading the fourth one now.

Anyway, really fun series.

We recommend it highly. We'll talk about it a little bit before we blow the spoiler horn off.
