Well, I think officers, and I'm sure you've met a lot of them, right, they will give everything, including their life for the job, but they won't do anything for themselves. So what we're also trying to preach is this, you know, idea to, you know, keep after, you know, your own interests, you know, be sure to take care of yourself, both mentally and physically and then also from a leadership position, you know, protect your

interests, you know, because again, as you've seen, I'm sure, in your career, these agencies

sometimes don't take care of their members, quite frankly. The state or the cities will

discard a lot of these cops and they're suffering for the rest of their lives and they've kind

of used them in essence. So we're really trying to empower our officers to take back their power

and to understand what it is that they're sacrificing for the job.
