Well, I think officers, and I'm sure you've met a lot of them, right, they will give everything, including their life for the job, but they won't do anything for themselves. So what we're also trying to preach is this, you know, idea to, you know, keep after, you know, your own interests, you know, be sure to take care of yourself, both mentally and physically and then also from a leadership position, you know, protect your
