Today we are talking about the Cleveland Guardians, and they're very, very interesting and fine minor league system.

It is, you know, I think when you talk about the guardians, there's two things

that I believe you need to take a look. And it's always good to understand the fingerprints of an

organization. And obviously the guardians, guardians have done a remarkable job at developing

pictures. And that's, that is continuing as we're seeing that year over year.

So we will talk about some of the pitchers in their organization.

And maybe some guys that are a little bit deeper that you might not think are elite

talent, but given where they are growing up in their organization, they might have a chance to be

a little bit better than you might think.

That's the first thing.

And the second thing is they made a switch several years ago.

They were all about young Latin talents, high upside athletes, and out of that they got

Jose Ramirez.

And, you know, when you get a talent like

that and you know basically a superstar you think well gee that's working let's try to find

the next Jose Ramirez and maybe you quickly realize that guys like him and Juan Soto and

Bernan and Tatis Jr. They're all unicorns. And maybe you find one in a GM's career.

But many times you don't and you need to attack to a different strategy.

So now they've gone to looking at less toolsy guys from a hitter standpoint, but kids that can really, really make, put, bat the ball.

And, and I think as we go through that, that's going to be the common theme of these players.
