Okay! This is a good one! This is a good one actually. So Paulina Pinsky has moved back home.

She was living in New York and now she's moved back here to LA and we talk about it. She is

76 days sober as we record this episode and she talks about her path to sobriety, what led her

to deciding she was going to stop smoking weed and drinking and what that process has been like

for her. I think this is a very good and powerful conversation about hitting a bottom. Everybody's

bottom is different. This is about her bottom. This is about her decisions and the process in which

she has gone through to stay sober. This is about what she's learning about herself. This is about

that 10-year period of growth that she started at 19 and she's 29 now and what that looks like.

We just talk about so much. I just feel like Paulina and I could talk all day long and we did.

This is a long podcast. So I think this is one worth paying attention to if you have children

because it is a great example of being a good parent when your kid is off in a ditch. I think

her parents definitely were like come on home. Let's get you feeling better and I think

to identify Paulina's bravery and her strength in realizing she needed help and asking for it.

As a parent it's good to see both sides of that story to see how you can be strength for your

child and see how strong your child could be when they're in crisis. So I don't know. We talked

about probably way more than that but it was a really great, great two and a half hours. I love

Paulina. She's going to come back soon and talk about dating in her age group and think we're

going to talk about what else was it she said she wanted to talk about. Something else anyway.

She'll be back because now she's living here so I'm not going to I'm just going to have her come

in every couple weeks. So I hope you enjoy her as much as I do because I think she's absolutely

lovely and I love her honesty and openness. I love her willingness to share the vulnerable parts

of who she is. I love that she recognizes that she came from a place of privilege and I think it's
