In this episode, I talk with Shane Simpson and his friend Ryan Carpenter about blood trailing deer. Shane has a tracking dog and gets a lot more tracking experience than the average hunter by using his dog to help hunters that have put marginal shots on deer. Throughout these experiences tracking deer, Shane kept data about every track that he went on. His friend Ryan, organized the data to show what can increase your odds of finding deer that you shoot.
