So often I hear widows out there who limit themselves based on

possibility to just get out there and figure out how to serve in the way that they want to as they go.

And Corinne is a brilliant example, not only of someone who teaches weight loss masterfully and

has lost over 100 pounds and changed her whole life and health and the way that

she talks to herself. But she's a tremendous example of somebody who just figures stuff out as
