Now, today's first theme is the danger of sin.

Proverbs is, paints for us a portrait of what sin is and what sin does.

And I think sometimes we read the Proverbs in a servicing way because we're just looking for these little nuggets of wisdom that will make life easier for us.

One of the places where I think that's true is the warnings, like in Proverbs 5 and 6,
