This is a mythological concept in some circles. You know, it can solve everything according

to some people. And in other circles, it is a disaster in the making. Lots of people

hire contractors, virtual assistants. They end up with all sorts of bad experiences.

So it's either the best thing in the world, or it's, you know, an unmitigated disaster.

I am somewhere in the middle of that. I have worked with lots of contractors over the

years. Some good, some not so good. Sometimes the fault is not of the contractor, but of

me in terms of the direction I provide. So today, our caller is starting a second
