and it should come as no surprise that we are going all in on Olympic Trials talk today.

After so much anticipation, after sharing so many stories about these runners as they've

qualified and geared up for this big day, the big day is here.

If you're listening to this on Friday, the big day is tomorrow, Saturday.

So on this episode, Matt and I talk a bit about how our own running is going and then we talk

about a few things we're each excited about right now. Then it's Trials Talk Time.

We speculate a bit about who we may see in the front of those race packs but let's be honest,

our guesses are as good as anyone's. All I know for sure is that it's going to be a great race

and there are so many talented runners as well in the running. Then as always, we wrap things up
