Spend less than you make. You don't need the new car. Yeah, and buy a duplex before you have a family.

Those are the things that I'd at least tell myself, you know, because those two things, three things would have probably made a difference earlier in my life.

Thanksgiving yeah man we're to see some supply shortages with Turkey. I've read a few articles, man. You better get your turkey early this year.

Oh, really? I actually haven't read that. What are they saying? I think there's going to be a little bit of a

shortage with some of the normal fixings for Thanksgiving you know whether it's

turkey or stuffing or whatever it's gonna there's going to be some empty shelf so get your rolls get your

turkey whatever you want for Thanksgiving you might want to get it early this year

before it runs out but that doesn't affect you because you do brisket right that's

right man you know what I ordered my

brisket several weeks ago so I'll be picking up my brisket here I think on the

19th or the 20th. Nice that's awesome. Yeah hopefully they didn't run out

and didn't tell me but they took my money already so I think I'm good.

I order it from Franklin here in Austin so it's a good tradition.

We still do a little bit of Turkey usually but that's my wife's prerogative.

I always got to have my brisket for Thanksgiving.
