Let It Out. I started this podcast back in 2013 five years ago this month. And I couldn't be happier that I did.

You've heard me say this before if you've been listening for a while, but this is the

greatest thing I've ever done. If you want to start a podcast about anything, you should,

and I will help you email me, my emails and the show notes. Of all of the many things the podcasting has given me,

I'm most grateful for all of the people it allows me to meet

and have these long-form, meandering conversations with,

like today's guest, Lacey Phillips, who, wow, she is magic from her style

to her aesthetic and her tea infusions, and not to mention her message,

and what she does as a manifestation advisor, she really inspires me big time.

Her work has been so meaningful to me.

I was actually pretty nervous to meet her in person because often when something is so meaningful to me, I just don't want to be

let down. And with her, it was honestly the opposite of being let down. She is so real. She's the

real deal, you guys. She is kind. She's genuine. She's smart. She's articulate. And so beautiful in all of the ways, I could gush about her all day.

And honestly, I basically do. I've been telling everyone about her and her site free and native since my friend Katie showed me her a couple months ago.
