On May 21, 2023, a 49-year-old ER doctor named John Forsyth was reported missing

after he didn't show up for a 7pm shift at the hospital.

He was last seen at 7am that morning when his previous shift ended,

and it was unlike John to ever miss a shift.

In fact, in the 15 years he worked for the hospital,

he had never missed a single one.

With his absence being so out of character, his coworkers were immediately concerned.

That concern only grew when they tried to get a hold of him, but got no response.

With time ticking and no sign of John anywhere,

he was officially reported missing.
