You need to be cringe. If you guys would embrace the idea of being cringe and just accept it like I've yeah and if you guys would set metrics like I haven't been cringe enough this week. I've only been cringe twice this week and I need to

double that to hit my KPI's, my key performance indicators. That's what

your KPI's need to be. It would change your life, honestly, you would be living the life of your dreams, and you're not because you are afraid of being cringe. Now, what, cringe is kind of a Gen Z term so what do we mean by cringe I have brought an expert on to set this up for us so that you are tracking with us. I have a scholar on Gen Z. This is someone who has spent 10,000 hours immersed in Gen Z culture.
