What's up guys, welcome back to another episode of the Rock Your Brand podcast.

I am fired up because today we have some breaking news that could really, really affect

us Etsy sellers in a positive way if we look at it that way and I will explain.

But we are going to be talking about something that had happened with in Etsy and what it's

done to some of its sellers and then why some of the sellers are very mad and why this

could be a good thing for us and we're going to talk a little bit about Q4.

So that's what we're going to be talking about here on this episode.

We are also going to be answering any questions that you have on this and if you do have any

questions on Q4 because we are approaching Q4 even though we are in August right now,

we should be thinking about that by the way, we'll answer those as well.

We've got a few that have been asked over the last week that we're going to bring up and

we'll talk about those as well.

So with that being said, Chris, do we just want to kind of throw it out there and say

what this big news is?

Yeah, let's just jump in on it and you know, Scott, this is something we've been hearing

some rumblings about this for a few months and there's been a few sellers that were affected.

But realistically, it kind of came to a head last week to the point where the verge,

which is one of the bigger tech publications for normal people, where you have industry

insider publications that are more like tech crunch, but the verge is read by more normal

people, tech news, if that makes sense, picked up on it and we're starting to see that

a lot of sellers are pushing back against this and really what's happening is Etsy rolled

out some changes to their fraud protection program and we're hearing what seems like
