iTunes remains of course the biggest single marketplace for podcasts, which for some reason

I find mildly annoying but also am mildly grateful.

Anyway I always look in a slightly sad and pathetic way at the reviews and hug them to

me in the cold winter nights for warmth.

And then I saw one from somebody called Paulie.

Now Paulie says that he or she would and I quote,

I would happily sell my house at all its contents to support this podcast.

Paulie, we need to talk.

Another person who sent me a message was Bruce, who was horrified that I'd callously

and idly basically abandoned Lady Bird.

So he sent me a screenshot of the new version of Henry VIII.

The super summary of the verdict is this sentence.

Henry was a well-full, powerful man who changed the course of English history to get what

he wanted and killed those who displeased him.

Well, jeez, no more than fair.

I was so ashamed when Bruce got in touch with me I went and brought the old one to from

1968.

Now that is rather more positive, though the picture, well, not the best.
