0:25.2	Now I know that that sounds like the dreamy journal writing of a teenager that's just discovered
0:29.8	Karl Marx, but Chris is a Queens council barrister.
0:34.3	So he knows his law.

0:37.7	He's worth his soul and is highly regarded.
0:40.3	The BBC use him as a commentator on lots and lots of law issues going on in the UK.
0:47.0	It's a compelling argument.
0:48.0	I provide the counter narrative today and he's got an answer for pretty much everything

1:05.6	But if the goal is to have a society in which crime is minimized and well being is maximized,
