Hello loves welcome back to the pod happy Friday the 13th. I hope all of you have had a really graceful really useful transition into 2023 and that you manage to make it through that full moon and cancer last week in one piece. I feel like I barely did.

I'm grateful to be gathering with all of you on such a beautifully, a spacious day date full of such medicine such unbelievable medicine.

We have a really, really nice, I think episode with lots of different lovely things to talk about first I wanted to touch on just a teeny, teeny teeny bit about Friday the 13th. Obviously, I'm not going to get into the nitty gritty of the history or anything like that.

But for so many of us, you know, we've known over culturally of Friday the 13th as being like a very bad unlucky day. When actually it is an incredibly auspicious day and very symbolic of the medicine of I think everything that exists within the full moon.

The full breath of expression of the self right for some our sexuality our expression in that way our creative expression our fullness and our our desires for all of us to be in our center.
