I'm your host, Lindsay Mack, and as always, it is such a joy to be gathered here with all

of you. Thank you so much for being here with me.

We have, I feel like this is a very big episode, even though it's not,

like I don't know that it's on paper. It just feels like the, this is our January 2023 monthly

medicine episode, which feels incredible and huge. It's not necessarily that the episode itself

again on paper looks any different, feels any different, but there's something really crackling

in the energy of this month's kind of invitation, the themes, what it's calling us to pay attention to,

and so it does really feel like a huge honor and a privilege to be gathered with all of you to sort

of chat it out and talk a little bit about the cards that are coming up for us. Of course,

I'm going to answer a wonderful listeners question, and again, then we'll bow away and say goodbye for now.
