what does enough mean to you? I get it. It is a very subjective concept that's going to vary from person to person

and from area of life to area of life. But I think it's a question worth asking because at its core,

it's about knowing what you truly value and what brings you joy and then setting boundaries

and limits around those things.

So enough is defined as as much as is necessary in the amount or to the degree needed.

But for many people, and I'm raising two hands here, enough is just simply not enough.

And what's necessary or needed is ignored in favor of

what's going to bring me that fleeting high, that external validation, or maybe even

temporary admiration. I was talking to a fellow YouTube content creator the other day, and she shared this story about

when she started her channel five years ago, her main focus and goal was to hit 100,000

That's a great goal, right?
