It's vacation season and if that thought fills you with panic and terror, you are not alone.

Now if you are thinking, Jen, I love vacations.

I can't get enough of them. I wish I could live my life on a

carnival cruise. I just I love a good vacation and I always know what to do with my time and I never feel bored and I never feel like I'm getting my behind on my goals and now all of my enemies are going to win and I'm going to lose and I need to hustle harder.

Well if you feel that way then the main topic of this show might not be the most

relatable to you but you should still you should still settle in for the for the episode because we will talk about other

things as well for those of you who feel a little stressed out about vacations this is the episode for you.
