Well we are coming into June, it's hard to believe that we are in the final week of

May.

This year is flying by, and the garden is up and going for me at least, and I know for

many of you as well, because I'm in touch with a lot of you every day, my students and

our various social media groups, and it's fun to see all that's going on around the country.

Now my case, we've already had some days in the 90s, and it's getting dry already, and

yet the plants are coming along just fine.

And so my morning routine is to get out there while it's still cool, because like I said,

it gets really hot in the day, plus I'm working during the day, and so my only time for big

chunks of time to work in the garden is on the weekends.

But when I carve out a little bit of time like an hour every single morning, very first

thing as the sun's coming up, it's cool, the birds are singing, and it's really pleasant
