just chill and reconnect. And that is, that is such a gift that I gave myself. I love that. That's good. I like good news

where we're like, what are we doing? Where are we going? What happened? Why do I feel this way?

Yeah. It seems to be the consensus. Yeah. Good. Yeah, that's a lot of good stuff. And, you know, my book comes out in September. How do you feel? So I am so excited. It's like, you know, it's so weird because I've worked on this. You know, I've been working on this book for literal years. And it's just so

crazy to see how it's, you know, it started as a memoir. And then I workshopped it for years and

realized I don't want to write a memoir, but I'm still interested in the conversation. So it's,
