First thing, there is not one correct approach to this.

We think there is, but there really isn't.

There's no universal rule or approach or time limit or any of it.

There have been seasons of my life, particularly when I was pregnant with my middle son Ben

and Sam was not even two years old yet and I was so tired.

Sam was and is a very high-energy kid.

He can run circles around his own circles and I just couldn't do it.

I just didn't know how to spend my days because I was sick.
