Welcome my soul family to this safe and sacred space. I want to start out by saying that I honor you for being here to do the inner work. I honor you for committing to your healing and your

awakening. This is the guided meditation for grounding. Throughout this meditation, we'll be focusing

on taking any energy in your body that doesn't serve you and releasing it. So please, as we come into this space,

allow your eyes to close

and your mind to start to slow down and become quiet,

letting go of any distractions or busy thoughts

and just starting to drop into your body.

And if you could, please make sure that your shoes are off

and your socks and your bare feet right now,

because we're going to use your feet to feel,

to feel the energy of the earth.

We're going to start out by opening our body with some breathing to soften our body.

And the way in which we are going to breathe is from our lower belly,

in through our nose, holding at the top, and exhaling through our mouth.

And as you inhale, I want you to gently roll your shoulders back with the inhale.

And then as you release, let your shoulders fall forward.

So breathing in through your nose, hold, and release.

And the more you exaggerate this, and the more you bring in this depth of breath,

the more you will open your body throughout this exercise.
