And it is because this guy is very young and had a pretty wild blood test result.

so anyways this is instagram he is 21 years old and uh um he is a fitness rock star um he's

fucking peeled too jesus um so young kid um getting blood work done why exactly you know i don't really know but um you know i bet you can

venture to guess as we get into this here so anyways uh it's a 20 how long is this block 24 minutes

so i'm going to kind of jump around and uh go to just the important parts as far as blood work so let me see why he

says he's getting it actually first because I forget that I already watched you

this once second it's a recovery thing and not an ice bath but you stand in a big tube

that's really cold so it's supposed to help so we'll see how that is that and I'm also

getting my blood work done I won't say why yet but yeah it's gonna to help. So we'll see how that is. That and I'm also getting my blood work done.
