Welcome to another episode of At the Table with Patrick Linconey. This is the

podcast and frankly everything else we do at the table group that's all about

changing the world so that all organizations can become more effective and less

dysfunctional and employees can be more fulfilled and less dysfunctional and employees can be more

fulfilled and less miserable. That means we're going to touch on a variety of

topics all of which are related in some way to the world of work. That's right

and that's a new intro right Pat?

That is because we really want people to understand this movement

we're trying to lead.

We really want to change the world of work so people don't have to work in

dysfunctional organizations.

And that's what we've been doing this whole time on this podcast,

is exploring this in different elements of leadership and culture and

organizational life.

But we really want to plant the flag and say,

hey, if you're interested in this, if you want to be a part of this

type of movement where we're changing the world of work, this is the podcast where we're going to help equip you to do that.

Right. And it's going to be interesting if you just tune into one here or there but it's really all gathered around

something big that we're trying to do. That's right. And so today I'm Pat Lanchoney I'm
