Hello and welcome to the Mindful Kind podcast. You're listening to episode number 21. Today I'm really excited to chat

0:40.8

with you about mindfulness and gratitude. So having a mindful gratitude practice is something

0:47.6

2:11.9

frustration over being stuck in traffic, I try to remind myself to enjoy the music I'm listening to. Instead of complaining

2:20.2

about tidying my home, I think about how lucky I am to be living somewhere I feel comfortable and

2:26.5

safe in. It's not always easy. Actually, sometimes it's really hard. When my car ended up costing over $1,000 at its last service,

2:37.9

it was challenging to remind myself of why I'm grateful to have a car.
