0:15.8	Today we're going to talk more about some of my favorite core values.
0:21.6	The things that keep me going, the things that are important to me, the things that I value
0:27.9	in my life and I want to be surrounded with it.
0:31.2	You know, you can't just let things fall as they will.
0:35.1	We've got to be intentional about the things we surround ourselves with.
0:39.3	I'd like to say everybody wants your attention, but you have to choose where your attention

0:45.9	And so, today we're going to talk more about the things that keep us safe, the things that
0:51.3	keep our life whole, and that's what this whole podcast is about.
0:55.4	Many of us are trying to follow Jesus on an everyday level.
1:00.3	We're trying to love our family.
1:02.0	We're trying to love the Lord.
1:03.6	We're trying to serve other people.
1:05.4	We're trying to not be hypocrites.
1:06.9	Come on.
1:07.9	We're trying to just be ourselves in a real world and be Jesus in a real world.
1:13.1	And that takes effort.
1:15.3	It takes being awake and fully aware of what we're called to be and what we're called
1:20.4	to do.
1:21.4	And that's what this podcast is here to do.
