where we take a deep dive into the impact of growing up in a dysfunctional family. And today we are diving deeper into

complex trauma. You guys we are always going to be diving deeper into complex drama,

as this is one of the core issues of being an adult child.

Today, I am talking to Crystal Lampet,

she is a licensed therapist, she is a trauma specialist, and she is going to be sharing

with us about the narcissistic relationship that led her into therapy, which then led her to make a career change into mental health

and about a treatment model that she uses with her patients to address complex trauma.

It is called NARM, neuroeffective relational model,

specifically designed to address attachment relational and

developmental trauma, so basically all the shit that we be dealing with.
