listen to hashtag sisters-in-law know well my position on this case.

I see this as a clear example of an obstacle, many obstacles, that people, particularly

black women who are trying to defend democracy and uphold the rule of law face. They face obstacles at

every turn. And I consider this a travesty. And I'm actually enraged by it. So if you hear something

different in my voice for this podcast, that's where it's coming from. But I am very glad to be

joined today in this discussion about resistance. That's what we're

talking about today. And I'm just thrilled to be joined by Rita O'Moka, who is a journalist and an author,
