| 0:23.6 | Today is day eight of the 21 Day Fasting Challenge. |
| 0:31.6 | Personally, I am feeling a little bit weaker today than I felt yesterday. |
| 0:36.6 | I felt like yesterday I felt a lot stronger than today. |
| 0:41.4 | Partially because I had a lot of meetings. |
| 0:44.0 | We had three services yesterday as well as I was live streaming after that. |
| 0:48.9 | And then we had one more meeting with some of our leaders. |
| 0:54.0 | And that lasted to like 10 p.m. |
| 0:55.8 | So I was, woke up more tired today than before, |
| 1:00.1 | but I think it's just physically, |
| 1:02.2 | Sunday is a very heavy day for me. |
| 1:04.4 | I call it my Super Bowl. |
| 1:06.5 | It's a day where a lot of work, Monday and Sunday |
| 1:10.2 | are the most challenging days. |
| 1:12.1 | But I'm going to pace myself and after spending some time in prayer, spending some time in the word, |
| 1:17.6 | praying in tongues, I feel refreshed in my spirit, but my body is a little bit more weaker today than I would say was yesterday. |
| 1:26.6 | And so which is okay. |
| 1:28.3 | It's not about the physical strength always be there, |
| 1:32.3 | but for the spiritual strength to be there. |
| 1:34.3 | What I want to share with you today is a verse from Book of Daniel. |
