Let's dive into this portion of today's stream.

So today is day five, day five of the fast.

I'm assuming most of you are doing water fast, so I'm going to speak more into that,

but if you're doing a Daniel fast, that if you're other fast God bless you as well. Day 5 I want to speak to you about how fasting restores

hunger. See when you are fasting you're hungry in the flesh but you are also getting hungry in the spirit.

Somebody dropped that in the chat.

Hungry in the flesh and hungry in the spirit.

You're not just hungry in the flesh.

You're also hungry in the spirit.

And so hunger spiritually and sometimes is connected to your hunger physically.

As you going through the hunger physically,

what begins to happen for the purpose of seeking God,

you are beginning to experience the spiritual hunger as well.

One of the ways to increase or to get your spiritual hunger back is through fasting.

Fasting, what it does is that it strengthens your spiritual hunger.
