And this week on the podcast we are launching our Christmas appeal and for more information

Yeah we are launching this with Men Matter Scotland. They are a

suicide and mental health charity in Drum Chapel Glasgow. They do a lot of great

work in the community and this year they have asked for donations of toys and food for the Low Food Bank.

But of course that is difficult for people out with Glasgow so they have got a go fund me.

So if you can just donate to the go fund me all the proceeds will go to getting families fed or kids toys this Christmas

I know it's a tough time for everybody but if you can give anything it would be

greatly appreciated we will close the go-fern me before well before Christmas so

get in there as quick as you can please in time so we can get the kids

and hopefully get some food in for people at this time of year. Yeah it's a
