Today, the doctor is going to encourage you to choose kindness and being at peace.

Like, that's what so many of us need.

We need peace, peace of mind, rather than being right.

If you're trying to make people wrong, you will never be at

peace. Because here's the thing about us humans is that somebody can do something and deny doing it.

And you can show them that they did it on videotape and they will still say that they didn't do it.

That's how humans are.

It's kind of how we're kind of wired.

You know, I've been reading quite a bit about Werner Erhard, who was on the show a couple of weeks ago.

I think it was last week maybe.

And there's a lot of books about the seminar that he created

and taught called Est E-S-T. And I've been reading books about the seminar. And there's one section

of the seminar called the Anatomy of the Mind. And what they taught was that essentially your

mind is like a jumbled up tangle of cords, essentially.

And what's in that jumble, that entanglement is your perceptions, your beliefs, most of which

are completely erroneous, your interpretations.

Like all of this stuff is wired into your mind.

The problem is even though a lot of what's wired into our mind is completely wrong and

it's just an interpretation and we created it ourselves, even though it's wrong, we identify
