We got Zig Zig Zigler on this show today. And today's Zig is going to remind you,

because sometimes we need this reminder, that you're not stuck where you are. You're not stuck with

who you are. All of these things can be changed. I feel like the first kind of big word

that we should learn in life is agency, which I got my Apple dictionary in front of me right now,

which means a thing or person that acts to produce a particular result.

Like, everybody needs to understand that you have agency.

You have the ability to make a decision to take action and produce a particular result

that is different from the results that you're currently getting.

And everybody has that.

There's nobody that doesn't have.

That doesn't matter where you came from, what your background is, what color your skin is,

what gender you are, all that like everybody has that power. And if you don't believe you have

that power, that's a personal decision, right? That's a personal belief system that is absolutely

not true. You have that power.

And it's just really a matter of embracing the anxiety of taking those reins and

taking ownership of your life and taking full responsibility of your life. That's what real

agency is. So if you feel like you're stuck and

nothing's ever going to change, remember that the power is truly within you to create that change.
