Okay. Welcome, everybody to another episode of Refresh Your Wealth.

Yours truly Mark Kohler here with my amazing co-host, Matt Sorensen, in the house. Matt, you're right. There you are. This is the season finale, too. I don't know if you guys knew that. The season finale of season 10 of the Refresh Your Wealth podcast. Wow. I didn't even know that. Man, time goes. I just wanted to like emphasize today's podcast, you know?

Yeah. It's a big topic today.

So it's kind of season finale worthyish.

Yeah.

I, you know, I do.

It's funny you say the end of the season because it was really chilly this morning here.

It was sweater weather.

We got a couple employees wearing sweaters. And the summer,

summer's over up in Idaho. It's kids are back in school. Chris mornings. I love this time of year

of the fall. I know some of you, you know, some of you are down, you know, below the median of

the United States where it's all warm. Some of you are north of that. I don't know where that median is if there was an equator that flew through the United States. But those in the northern half of the country, you know what I'm saying? It's fall. Football season, crisp weather, right? Isn't this a great time of year? I love it. Back to school. Get the kids out of the house. Get them back to freaking... It is. But you will not see a sweater in Arizona for another 90 days.

If that. That's your mental. That's just a little nuts right now, but... Yeah.
