and lately I've been getting a lot of questions about what to expect after graduation,

how to do that transition a little more effectively, and I wanted to address some of the questions

that I've gotten lately on that topic. So this is hopefully the first of many to come asked and answered episodes.

So the first question is, how do you deal with everyone that tells you that you should start with

at least one year working on a med search floor before going into a different area?

And this is from Lori, and what I would say to Lori or to anybody else,

and students often ask this question because they didn't love their med search clinicals.

They're not excited about that specialty. It can be an amazing specialty,

but you definitely have to have that skill set and that mindset, okay?
