1:21.0	where I'm seeing all of these threads and posts and think pieces on how people are going to be
1:25.7	downgrading or dismissing people in friendships that aren't working for them on how people are going to be downgrading or dismissing people and friendships
1:28.1	that aren't working for them and how and how people are only going to be making time but this
1:32.8	kind of person and that kind of person and while I get it I want I am not saying that I don't
1:36.7	understand those things I am not saying that I haven't had a season or three of of life like that
1:42.7	but it just feels very loud to me because I don't feel like I hear enough about what
1:48.1	people are doing to be better in friendships or how they are enhancing their skills or
1:54.1	where they now recognize they went wrong in relationships.
1:58.1	And so consider this podcast an additional voice because i don't have an
2:02.1	issue with some of these things i just think like most things you need an additional point of view
