In 1994, I got my first job out of college. And it was working in the northern suburbs of Chicago. And it was one of these places

that was almost collegial. There were a lot of people my age on my team. And it was just an exciting time.

And we hung out a lot. We'd go out after work and do fun things, go to concerts, things like that.

And one of the coolest things we did back in that time is we all got passes to Great America.

Now, Great America is a theme park that's in the northern suburbs of Chicago, and we got these

passes so that basically we could leave work early and be on roller

coasters by like 530. And it was totally cool. And sometimes we would stop at the holiday

in on the way to Great America and have a couple of drinks because at that time, Great

America had no alcohol. So we'd have a couple of drinks. at that time, Great America had no alcohol.

So we'd have a couple of drinks and it would be like a happy hour on the roller coasters.

Anyway, it was a great time.

Now, one night I remember after work, the guys wanted to go on Batman the ride.
